Your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information 456ph collects, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you hold over your own data under Philippine law.
Our Privacy Commitments
These core commitments summarise the 456ph approach to data privacy. The full legal detail is in the policy below.
All personal data transmitted to and from 456ph is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Data stored on 456ph servers — including your identity documents submitted for KYC — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.
456ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertisers. The only third parties who receive your data are those operationally required to deliver the 456ph service — and they are contractually bound to protect it.
456ph processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.
Registered 456ph players have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Requests are processed within thirty (30) days of receipt.
456ph retains personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. Account data is purged on a defined schedule following Account closure.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting 456ph, we will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03, without undue delay.
