The 456ph platform is exclusively available to adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) 456ph account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — will be closed and associated balances may be voided.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and credits issued by 456ph are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are published on the Promotions page and form part of these Terms.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer) is required for all withdrawals above threshold amounts. A valid Philippine government-issued ID is required. 456ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and relevant PAGCOR regulatory processes.
456ph operates a mandatory responsible gaming framework. Players may activate deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion at any time. Circumventing responsible gaming measures constitutes a breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 456ph ("456ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 456ph website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated gaming services available at 456ph.org.
By creating a 456ph account, accessing the 456ph platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 456ph platform.
Important: These Terms include provisions that limit 456ph's liability, grant 456ph rights with respect to your account, and require you to resolve certain disputes through designated channels. Please review these provisions carefully, particularly Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 456ph platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms, 456ph's Privacy Policy, and all applicable Game Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 456ph relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.3 If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you are duly authorised to bind that third party to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that third party.
Strict 21+ Requirement: The 456ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 456ph, you must at all times:
3.2 456ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where 456ph has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If age verification reveals the player is under 21, the Account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned net of any winnings, which shall be forfeited.
3.3 By registering an Account on 456ph, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3 and undertake to notify 456ph immediately if you cease to satisfy any such requirement.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming services on 456ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. 456ph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or false information. You must update your Account information promptly if any registered details change.
4.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 456ph platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — for any purpose including the circumvention of responsible gaming limits, exploitation of promotional offers, or evasion of Account restrictions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any Balance in such Accounts may be forfeited.
4.4 KYC Requirements. In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations and 456ph's internal compliance framework, you are required to complete KYC identity verification prior to processing withdrawals above threshold amounts or upon request by 456ph at any time. KYC verification requires submission of:
4.5 456ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and place an Account under review pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Refusal or failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 456ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
5.3 You must notify 456ph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 456ph may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
5.4 All transactions carried out through your Account are deemed authorised by you unless you have notified 456ph of a security compromise in accordance with Clause 5.3 prior to the transaction being processed.
6.1 Deposits. 456ph accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as displayed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on 456ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Third-party payment processors may apply their own conversion rates for non-PHP transactions, for which 456ph accepts no responsibility.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same Account, subject to KYC completion. 456ph reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to payment provider availability.
6.4 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
456ph does not charge fees on standard e-wallet deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees for which 456ph is not responsible.
6.5 Unclaimed Balances. 456ph reserves the right to apply an administration fee to Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
7.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 456ph are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the Promotions page of the Platform, which form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any withdrawal is permitted. Real Money deposits and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account Balance.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 456ph reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close Accounts, where 456ph has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has:
7.4 456ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Modifications to existing ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or to the player's registered mobile number.
8.1 By accessing any game or betting market on 456ph, you agree to the applicable Game Rules for that game or market. Game Rules are accessible within the relevant game interface and on the Platform's help pages.
8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, software error, or any other technical issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 456ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to players' Accounts. 456ph shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical error beyond returning the original stake.
8.3 Incomplete Games. If a gaming session is interrupted before completion due to connectivity issues, power failure, or other circumstances beyond 456ph's reasonable control, 456ph will endeavour to restore the game to its last known valid state. Where this is not possible, the bet may be void and the stake returned.
8.4 Fairness. All 456ph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over long play periods and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.
Engaging in any prohibited activity listed in this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

456ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. A full suite of responsible gaming tools is available within your Account dashboard at no cost, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.1 Player-Initiated Limits. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits within your Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from the 456ph platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months, extendable to permanent exclusion) by contacting support or activating the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings. During any self-exclusion period, 456ph will not accept deposits, process wagers, or send promotional communications to your Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.
10.3 Reality Checks. 456ph may implement automatic session time notifications to help players stay aware of the time spent playing. These notifications are a supportive tool and do not constitute advice or a limitation on gameplay.

10.5 456ph complies with PAGCOR's requirements with respect to the identification and assistance of problem gamblers and reserves the right to intervene on a player's Account where 456ph has reasonable concerns about that player's gambling behaviour, including imposing limits or initiating contact with the player.
11.1 All intellectual property rights in the 456ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, trademarks, logos, game graphics, and content — are owned by or licensed to 456ph.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without 456ph's prior written consent.
12.1 The 456ph Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 456ph makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 456ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 456ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 456ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 456ph's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13.1 456ph processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account on 456ph, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.
14.1 456ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 456ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with these Terms.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 456ph Platform, you agree to first contact 456ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 456ph will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.
15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a formal dispute notification, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.
15.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
